Welcome to the Canal & River Trust 360 portal.
You will have seen from recent communications, as part of our on-going commitment to performance improvement and individual, team and organisational development, we have launched a 360-degree feedback process aligned to our core leadership competencies and values and behaviours.
360-degree feedback is a way of getting an accurate assessment of your competence & behaviour as you go about your daily work.
The individuals you have requested to provide feedback have already been set up and an email / link requesting them to respond will be generated.
All you need to do is register / log in on the left and then follow the actions panel (on the right) to complete your self- assessment.
Once all your respondents have completed or the deadline has been reached* your 360 report will be sent to you.
*A minimum of 5 respondents are required to generate the report. We will contact you if there are any problems.
